Items to bring should include: Camera. Any device chargers. Clothing suitable for a variety of weather conditions. Personal sleeping bag and pillow if one wishes. Sun Screen. Towel. Swim suit. Toiletries. Personal beverages such as water, soda. Beer/liquor that can be purchased at the International Falls Duty Free prior to crossing the border (See Falls Chamber link below for limits) and/or at the liquor store in Fort Frances, Ontario. Rain gear. Personal fishing rods/tackle (we have extras if one so desires not to bring any. We do not have extra fly rods, however). Any snack foods the group wishes to have.
Fishing licenses may be purchased at the flight service base in Fort Frances, Ontario. Prices do not include the short flight cost to and from the lodge. For fly in service arrangements please contact us for details. If arriving into International Falls, MN via Delta Airlines, limo service can easily be arranged to take you from the airport to the flying service in Fort Frances, Ontario.
After many years in the business, it is our experience that people over pack and bring far too many things. Please keep the weight of your personal luggage to a minimum for aircraft limitations and reduced flight charges.
